Dharma Dinner: New Beginnings

At Women in Dharma, we believe in a holistic life: nourishing our soul and body.

Let's gather together and open up to new connections, fresh perspectives and nourishing conversations over our first ever Dharma Dinner in Toronto.

ON THE MENU:
(Subject to change based on local availability)

  • Starters: zucchini + feta fritters with avocado cream

  • Entree: roasted asparagus + radishes with mustard tarragon vinaigrette; gemelli with zesty lemon, castevetrano olives + parsley; yogurt marinated chicken + artichoke skewers with herbed dressing

  • Dessert: rhubarb pie; fresh fruit

* vegetarian, gluten-free & dairy-free options can be made available upon request

  • Natalie Matias: a grounded, warm + inviting soul-led entrepreneur and meditation teacher who loves to spread mindfulness at the homefront, in the workplace, and with the purpose of reigniting inspiration for everyday life.
