what does the day to day of the retreat look like?
This is the vision we’re holding for us as a group: every morning and evening we will circle together to check-in as a group. Within that circle, the WID leads will intuitively choose something that will support the growth, energy and learning of the group.
Some possibilities are: guided group meditations, intention setting exercises, group coaching, and suggestive prompts to ponder throughout your walk.
What happens in-between each gathering, will be from a complete space of flow. Our greatest desire is that this will deepen your connection to yourself, your intuition & the women journeying with you.
what will i gain from a retreat experience
The possibilities are endless! Firstly, you’re going to meet an amazing group of women and cultivate friendships that could last a lifetime. We believe in the power of gathering and connection: sharing stories, perspectives, and life experiences that truly expand our minds and deepen feelings of understanding within our hearts.
Secondly, you will be accompanied by experienced WID guides who will deeply support you throughout your journey. Whether it’s leading powerful circle gatherings, a coaching session as you journey through the Highlands or simply a listening ear at the end of the day as you share your thoughts and learnings.
Our very own, Deedee Morris, will be capturing all of the beautiful moments throughout our adventure together. There’s added possibility of booking a mini-session in the highlands with her too!
Overall, our intention is to create a memorable and life-changing retreat experience that you’ll never forget.
what if i can only attend part of the retreat?
We highly encourage all of our retreat participants to carve out the time to experience everything end-to-end. This is meant to be a gift you give yourself and your soul!
At the same time, if for some reason you cannot be there for its entirety, please reach out to us to discuss possibilities at firstname.lastname@example.org.
